Desperate for warranty help I asked the service manager to help me get my truck put back together after another dealer did it wrong. Leaking diesel profusely. He said he’d make a difficult call if it came to that. He didn’t. It all on me unless I want to pay 600$ wven though it’s still under warranty . Now my fruck is still not fixed and it’s 2 hours away. I’ll probably never buy a ram truck again given the service in the surrounding area. More
