Communication It took 1.5 months to get my vehicle back. Poor communication, I had to call or stop by to get updates. For being a jeep dealership they had no parts It took 1.5 months to get my vehicle back. Poor communication, I had to call or stop by to get updates. For being a jeep dealership they had no parts to fix my jeep, not only did they not have parts they didn't have a mechanic trained to fix it. In the beginning of it all the refused to help with a loaner car, wanted me to pay for shipping for parts. In the end they helped a little but wasn't the best experience. More
