Service Department Customer service when dealing with the service department was TERRIBLE!! I called the dealership on Friday, March 15th, earlier in the afternoon & ask Customer service when dealing with the service department was TERRIBLE!! I called the dealership on Friday, March 15th, earlier in the afternoon & asked if it would be possible to get my oil changed before closing that day. I was told that there was a possibility they could do it, but no guarantee. I live 40 minutes from Walla Walla and did not want to sit at the dealership for 3 hours only to have them tell me that they couldn’t get it done. So they told me I could bring it in first thing Saturday morning for an oil change, so that was my plan. While driving home that evening, the engine overheated & I had to pull over on the side of the road & then have it towed to the dealership. I called the dealership as soon as I was stopped at a safe spot on the shoulder of the road & asked if I was able to get my vehicle towed to them before they closed if I could get a loaner vehicle to get me home for the night. I was told they didn’t have any available. But I could just rent a vehicle on my own from a rental company in town. I was able to get my vehicle towed to the dealer that night, & called the dealership first thing in the morning on Saturday morning. I told them that I was the customer that had called the previous afternoon about getting my oil changed and that now I needed them to figure out why the engine overheated & that needed to be fixed as well as my oil changed. I was told that they probably wouldn’t be able to look at it until Monday sometime. So I called Monday late morning & was told that they hadn’t diagnosed it yet, but that they would and let me know ASAP what the problem was. I received a phone call at 3:15pm and they said both my heater hoses needed to be replaced. I then asked if those were covered under the warranty, & the response I got was, “oh, well I don’t know exactly. I’d have to call the warranty company and find out. I’m not sure.” They then called my husband back around 5pm that night & told him they weren’t covered under warranty, that they would have to Ofer them from Chevy, & that it would take 3 days to get them in & cost $480 for everything. We told them to order them so they did. By Friday, March 22nd, we still had not received ANY information or updates as to the status of the ordered parts or status of my vehicle. I then called the dealership around 4:30pm that evening. I asked for the service department & they tried to transfer me TWICE to the service department, but they never answered so it rang back to the secretary. She asked if she could take a message & I told her I would t have cell service while I drove home so they wouldn’t be able to get a hold of me. I then explained to her the situation, & that we still didn’t know if the parts had even arrived yet, & that my vehicle had been at their dealership for over a week & I had no idea what was going on with it. She told me she would relay the message. When I got home I received a voicemail on my cell phone from the service department saying that they were probably going to get to my vehicle that evening sometime, Friday March 22, or Monday morning March 25th. That was the only info I was told in the message. They never told me if the parts had even came in yet. The service department called me on Monday, March 25th at 4:20pm saying my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I then asked them if they rediagnosed my vehicle after they changed out the hoses, like we were told would be done by the service manager, & I was told that they changed the hoses & filled the coolant system & test drive over it after that and it ran fine. I then asked if they changed the oil as well, & I was told that they didn’t know the oil needed to be changed & that it hadn’t been done. Had all the fluids been checked under the hood, they would have discovered that my oil was just barely registering on the dipstick & that it needed to be changed. Also, the oil life on my screen inside the vehicle said it was at 0% so I don’t understand how they checked everything over & COMPLETELY missed the fact that I needed my oil changed. They said they would change the oil first thing Tuesday morning, & let me know when it was done. They called Tuesday morning around 9am and said my vehicle was ready. My husband had to get a ride into town from his employer to pick up the vehicle Tuesday evening. This has been the worst service department I have ever dealt with in my history of owning a vehicle. And we haven’t even had this vehicle from your dealership for 12 months yet!! I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!! More

I'm in serious like with the car Bob is great. I drove a Cadillac I loved until I saw the disclosure form that listed the defects that CDJR hadn't fixed. Great sadness. With hope, Bob is great. I drove a Cadillac I loved until I saw the disclosure form that listed the defects that CDJR hadn't fixed. Great sadness. With hope, I gave Bob my wishlist of features for a new-to-me car and left to run the rest of my errands. He called me about 30 minutes later and asked how I felt about Ford Focuses. I'd never driven or rode in one. So back to CDJR, once around the loop and while I was not in love, I was in serious like. The longest part was waiting on the paperwork. I'm still in serious like with my 2015 Ford Focus Hatchback. . More

I do feel we The two sales associates were extremely friendly, easy to talk to and fun to do business with. I really enjoyed working with Jim and Ben. I do feel we were rushed a little, never offered to do a walk around, or inspection of the vehical. The rear windshield wiper was dry rotted and we had to purchase one. We went for a test drive, then right away we were asked to go inside to start paperwork. Managment did not acknowledge me or my husband until we signed paperwork and chose to purchase a vehicle. The finance officer Justin spent most of his time talking about football instead my purchase. When I did not want to move forward with signing any more paperwork until the heat and coolingg system would be fixed he made it a point to tell me "he is loosing money on the car" because of the bank wanting it at a lower price. That should never had been relayed. I was very unimpressed with management and finance. I am extremely greatful to the service department they got our vehical in quickly to fix the heat/ac problem. They also agreed for me to have a BCA for the day at no cost. Sales and service were fantastic. The ONLY reason I am giving 5 stars for customer service and friendliness is because of sales and service. More
