We were headed home to Wisconsin from our two month stay on SPI when we encountered a major issue with our vehicle. It was a Saturday and I was worried we wouldn’t be able to find an open service departmen on SPI when we encountered a major issue with our vehicle. It was a Saturday and I was worried we wouldn’t be able to find an open service department. I called and Cindy answered the phone and I told her the situation and she immediately put me on the phone with Melissa. I can’t express enough how amazing the entire team was!! We had to spend a couple of days due to parts needing to be ordered and everyone was so helpful from getting us into a loaner vehicle to suggesting where to stay to helping us load our necessities and just being truly caring people - which is exactly what we needed. We truly felt that they wanted to get us home as badly as we wanted to get home. We can’t thank you all enough for making the best of a bad situation!!! Thank you thank you thank you!!!! More
