I was kind of dismayed at the response that I got about as I inquired about the car. I tried to contact the initial sales person and was told he was to busy. I stated that I had already gone to the bank fo as I inquired about the car. I tried to contact the initial sales person and was told he was to busy. I stated that I had already gone to the bank for financing and it didn't seem to matter. I finally got in contact with Lee Levine. I felt like I was bothering everyone there. I arrived to close the deal and had to wait almost an hour before the papers could be brought down for signing. I made the deal ad had my bank process the loan on Wednesday Told Lee I be there on Friday. Anyway I have said enough! If you do not want sell cars then why not get another job and get someone who does. You can tell I felt very unimportant. I have worked in dealer ships in Austin and in Lewisville Tx. I know how to treat a customer. This was important to me but not to the staff there. Both seats were inoperable on the car and Lee said the oil would be changed which did not happen. The woman who assisted me the day I went in was rude and unprofessional. She tried explaining what I needed to do for the recall on my vehicle but didn’t have the accurate information.
