4 service visits during the first 6 months of ownership and never fixed. Tech broke panel during first visit that took months to replace due to dealership mistakes. Isaac my salesman, took care of my trade in price and the new truck price over the phone the day before I came. Isaac took care of all my questions and went over all the frills of the new truck. This is the new truck price over the phone the day before I came. Isaac took care of all my questions and went over all the frills of the new truck. This is the 6th new Dodge truck that I have owned. I drove 6 hours round trip to purchase this truck, so getting the deal done over the phone with Isaac was a plus. The dealership was new and sleek, nice waiting area with coffee and water. Everyone was friendly and made you feel at home. The service check in seemed to run like a well lubed machine (too bad I live 3 hours away). I did not get the name of the detail man that cleaned my new truck but it was imaculent. The only negative was it took 3 hours to get to sign the paper work, I came with my own financing. More
