I’ve always had great service until my last time. I had my granddaughters with me and no one bothered to come and tell me my Jeep was ready. They also wouldn’t help me when the vending machine took my mone my granddaughters with me and no one bothered to come and tell me my Jeep was ready. They also wouldn’t help me when the vending machine took my money. The people working the desks were not attentive like they use to be. Hopefully they were just having a bad day. Like I said first kind of bad experience. More

Traded in a vehicle over a month ago. The bank that financed my previous vehicle still has not received the payoff for it and now it shows on my credit that I am 30 days delinquent on a vehicle that I financed my previous vehicle still has not received the payoff for it and now it shows on my credit that I am 30 days delinquent on a vehicle that I traded in. I kept checking in with finance and was told they will expedite the payment but that never happened. I’ve purchased 2 vehicles now from this dealership and it’s surprising that you would do this to a customer. More
