My Van was in the shop for over a month to replace the fuse box. That never happened completely as the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT is Still On. I drove is for about 20 minutes and had to have it TOWED BACK to you fuse box. That never happened completely as the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT is Still On. I drove is for about 20 minutes and had to have it TOWED BACK to you and it was in the shop for about another month . This time they replaced a BRAND NEW FUEL PUMP that I had purchased and installed myself ! I was Charged $250.00 for the replacement of the fuel pump labor added to the $1450.00 I was charged for the first time they did not get it fixed! I feel the Dealership owes me a REFUND! The check engine light is still on and I had just replaced the fuel pump before it went to your shop! I will never refer anyone to Lithia! More

We are very disappointed with the service we received from your dealership. We have purchased three vehicles from Lithuanian Dodge and have never been treated this way. Upon inspecting the vehicle from your dealership. We have purchased three vehicles from Lithuanian Dodge and have never been treated this way. Upon inspecting the vehicle we purchased, we noticed some oil leaking from the car. We were told by the sales manager that he would have the Service Department take a look at it. He came back stating it was just residue. A week later my son, who lives in San Antonio, noticed a large amount of oil leaking from his vehicle. I called the sales manager and he stated that the car was looked at by the service department and there were no issues. He said he would contact the service dept and call me back. He never did. I eventually spoke with a service tech and he stated he remembered the vehicle, a work ticket was written from him to service the car but next thing he knew was that the car was sold. I had to drive to San Antonio to look at the car. Come to find out the under the oil drain plug was hanging on by a single thread. So when we bought the and my son drove to San Antonio, the plug was loose the entire time. I am disappointed for being lied to and that I had to take off time from work to travel to see what the problem was. We will never purchase another vehicle from your dealership again. More
