Clueless Service Department Took my vehicle there to get a coolant leak fixed under warranty. They initially tried to claim it was an engine oil (the puddle beneath my vehicle wa Took my vehicle there to get a coolant leak fixed under warranty. They initially tried to claim it was an engine oil (the puddle beneath my vehicle was GREEN liquid). I had to take photos of the green liquid and open a case with Kia headquarters to get them to fix the leak. It took a total of three trips to the dealership and they only found the leak after i told them to add tracer dye to the cooling system. I still remember the "Service Manager" bragging about how many years of experience they had. Bought some oil filters from their parts department before doing the first oil change. They sold me the wrong filters. When i called to ask if they had the right ones in stock the parts manager said "Why so you can buy them somewhere else?". I had to explain to him that his ace parts department had sold me the wrong filters and i was going to have to make another 60 mile round trip to get the right ones. More

No pressure from sales staff and best car buying experience I had a great customer service experience at Kia I bought a Kia Forte 2018 through James I met him at Southtowne dealership and he gave me a great ser I had a great customer service experience at Kia I bought a Kia Forte 2018 through James I met him at Southtowne dealership and he gave me a great service especially when I feel like he wasn't pushing for any sales and I felt very comfortable buying this car so rather than buying any other car I decide to go through Kia where I feel like I'm not getting screwed so I had a small issue after I purchase the Car that they're going to give me a tinted windows and it wasn't getting done so Amy step in and she got that all taken care of and I felt really great that Amy gave me a great service and took ownership of the issue so I felt very comfortable and moving forward I'll be recommending customers to Kia to buy the car from them cuz there's no push for sales and people are very nice and take care of the customer issue first.
