Wishes come true! I went into Jerry Seiner Kia to get my car serviced. As I waited, I noticed the Kia Cadenza in the Showroom and immediately couldn't keep my eyes off I went into Jerry Seiner Kia to get my car serviced. As I waited, I noticed the Kia Cadenza in the Showroom and immediately couldn't keep my eyes off of it! My sister said I should try and get it. After a few phone calls, I was approved. They took my trade in and showed me the ins and outs of the Cadenza. I love this ride!!! Thanks Jerry Seiner Sales team!!! Special thanks to Jeff and Joey for making buying so easy! More

From nowhere to somewhere I wish I knew, at first, what to ask for and how to ask for it. I had outside help to make this possible. But once the right demands were made, I was pleasantly surprised. I recommend doing research for what you want and what you get before initiating a demand. Otherwise, you'll be left without the most optimal option. Nonetheless, they will go out of their way to make you happy. I had my car delivered to me. I felt uneasy accepting this, but they clearly accepted my circumstances and proceeded to keep things together, despite my hesitance. I recommend Jerry Seiner Kia Salt Lake City. Get Jeff. We regret even driving into the lot. We love our new car. We do NOT love the dealership. We had our own financing and told the salesperson - not once, but four times - not to run our cr We love our new car. We do NOT love the dealership. We had our own financing and told the salesperson - not once, but four times - not to run our credit. This dealership was a "preferred" dealer for our bank and we should have been in and out. After waiting four hours we found out that the dealership not only ran my husband's credit, but also trying to charge us MSRP instead of the price the dealer advertised on their own website. Apparently, this dealership uses the Kia cash back incentive to lower the MSRP for their "internet price." This dealer gave us the whole "Patriot's Act" spiel and said that they needed my husband's date of birth and social to make sure he wasn't a drug dealer/terrorist. As I said previously, we told them that they did not have our permission to run his credit. The salesperson said that it was not a credit check, but just to verify his identity. My husband did not fill out a credit application, but surprise surprise the finance guy, Jordan, magically had my husband's credit report and instantly went into sales mode for financing through Kia. He claimed it would save us money, but after Jordan got through with all the additional charges - it was a whole dollar difference. We paid for the extended warranty and when we got home saw that Jordan put 75,000 miles instead of 100,000 miles on the paperwork. He has stated that he will fix this. We will see if this indeed happens. The car was not washed properly when we left, but Romer gave us some tokens for the car wash. Which was nice. But, when we got it washed we noticed that there were numerous deep scratches all along the side of our brand spanking new vehicle. We have contacted the dealership to fix these and are hoping they do make this right. More
My wife and I started looking for a Kia north of Salt Lake, but the dealers we visited either wouldn't deal or had too many options we didn't want. I filled out a request for dealer quotes on Edmunds.com and within ten minutes Bryan called and said he had the car we wanted. I spoke to him the next morning, and he confirmed the price and the specifics about the car. We drove down to Salt Lake that afternoon. The car was as promised. I held my breath waiting for the add-ons, the mysterious extra charges or the hard sell on the extended warranty, but none of that happened. Instead, we got an additional $500 rebate for financing through Kia at a very competitive rate. Everyone was super friendly, and the whole process was the best I've experienced, although it did take more time than I would have liked. Once we got home we examined the invoice and realized we got a few options we hadn't taken into consideration in calculating the price, so the deal was even better than we had thought. I'd recommend these guys in a heartbeat, and I will surely start there for our next car. Pam loves her red Sportage, and the features are great fun. Phil Falkowski & Pam Coburn More
After deciding on a Sorento, we went to the Ogden dealer for location convenience and got nowhere with their 'best' deal. After hooking up with their internet sales dept, they followed through every step of the way to make sure things were happening. Even continued support with followup emails post purchase. The reason for a 4 and not a 5 was because I was promised a price on the phone, drove down to SLC, and arrived and found out I didn't qualify. This is after the salesman said I was qualified. This problem was quickly squelched with Bryan from internet sales involved. The other bad mark I would give them is I had to go a few blocks away to sign the contract and other finance papers... which took an hour of waiting for finance. I didn't mark Christopher down much for this though because that seems to be the norm across all dealerships; no matter where you go for a car, there always seems to be 100 salemen to 3 finance people.
