I own a Mazda3 Hatchback. I did not purchase my vehicle from Morrie's; however all of my service as been with Morrie's. Most of my experience has been with the Service Dept. I recently had to put a new eng from Morrie's; however all of my service as been with Morrie's. Most of my experience has been with the Service Dept. I recently had to put a new engine into my 3 due to a cracked oil filter cartridge. Initially, the Service Dept was not responsive to me as a customer just being told I needed to put $4000 into my car. I wanted information about how this could happen on a 2004, etc. I had to do my own research as a consumer. After multiple phone calls, eventually things worked out and I was able to work with my insurance company to replace the engine. Ryan did find an amazing price on a remanufactured engine. I trust Ryan much more than I initially did and if I am going to continue to service vehicles for the long-term, I expect a responsive, trusting relationship with my service advisor. I respect their role and I expect the same in return. I want to see what needs to be done with my vehicle, receive an explanation of how and why and understand all costs associated with the work. While not all customers expect this, I certainly think the Service Dept should provide it to those who do. I am now considering another vehicle purchase and have been working with Bob Foy in sales. Bob has been very responsive to learning what I am looking for in a vehicle, he is not at all pushy about persuading me otherwise. He is encouraging me to consider various vehicle options, which is good information to assist me in my vehicle purchasing decision. I know what I am looking for in a vehicle and I would like to buy it local and have the long-term service relationship with the dealer. I have had the same hairdresser for 8 years...and wouldn't let anyone else touch my hair...I feel the same way about my car. When I find a good dealership and a great service dept., I don't want anyone else touching my vehicle. :) More

Everytime I've needed service on our familys vehicle we make sure to go to Morries Mazda as we've always had Excellent service. I appreciate Morrie's Buy Happy car care program and the free oil changes we've experienced since we've owned our CX-9. We put a LOT of miles on this vehicle and mentioned to Ryan Riste (head of service) th free oil changes we've experienced since we've owned our CX-9. We put a LOT of miles on this vehicle and mentioned to Ryan Riste (head of service) that we'd like to switch over to synthetic motor oil to extend the life of our CX-9 for the long haul. Realizing that this is a much more expensive oil, Ryan still helped work out a reasonable price discount as a part of this "Buy Happy" program for us. We love our CX-9 and the relationship we've built up with service team at Morrie's over the years. A special "thank you" goes out to guys in the shop, the technicians/mechanics who never really seem to get much credit for their work behind the scenes. Yea, it's "just an oil change" but I always get the feeling like they've been working on their own car and genuinely care about us and our vehicle. You guys are all part of the reason we keep coming back to Morries for our Mazda vehicles and service. To say we're sold on the Mazda brand would be putting it lightly. Since our first Mazda GLC purchase way back in 1983, we've owned 15 Mazda's. We currently own four Mazda's including our 2009 CX-9 (purchased new at Morrie's Chippewa Valley Mazda). I can't recommend this dealership enough. Being an owner of two Mazda RX-7's (1980 and 1994), I'd also like to thank you for bringing Jeff aboard as an authorized Mazda rotary mechanic. I had my vehicle in to fix leaky transmission lines. The service department was super friendly and very prompt in their service. There were no surprises in the cost and I was very happy with the overall ex service department was super friendly and very prompt in their service.
