Dealing with a warranty issue from One Automotive was one of my worst consumer experiences ever. CV Mazda was not the problem. It all began with Ken Vance Automotive. Trevor did ok with his part of the pr of my worst consumer experiences ever. CV Mazda was not the problem. It all began with Ken Vance Automotive. Trevor did ok with his part of the process. No blame to him. However, the entire process to have my vehicle repaired took two months to the date. I personally had to care the warranty company to have them accept my claim. When I first was notified that my truck was ready, it turned out that in the process, they disabled my cruise control. It took another month for that to be repaired. When we were finally informed that our vehicle was ready, we went to the dealership with which we had initiated the process and then were informed that the vehicle was still at the other location and we had to go get it. They acted as if they had no idea of what had been going on after the 2 months. 20 miles and 1 1/2 hours later we were able to pick up our vehicle. They couldn't even return the vehicle to where we had dropped it off. And then, the final straw, we were looking to trade this vehicle that night to avoid having to deal with One Automotive further, we were informed that the truck had been rolled prior to our initial purchase, to which we were never informed. We traded our vehicle the same day that we picked it We will never deal with One Automotive again. More
