Editing my review for now, I didn't realize how my review reflected on the service center as well the service center did a great job whoever did the original inspection on the car before we bought it as the reflected on the service center as well the service center did a great job whoever did the original inspection on the car before we bought it as the one that I'm angry with but after talking today with the service center a little bit it sounds like he's going to go to bat for me to try and see what they can do to take care of me and the problems that our car is having I know they can only do so much but if they're able to help I will be leaving at 5 star review so I get five stars today to the service center for a job well done the service that they did on our rear hatch on the car looks great they had a good turnaround time for the rest proofing spray that they did I will probably be adding some rest before my own on some of the body panels as I can see some bubbling through but that is not their fault as it was already that way overall the service team did a great job I just wish that I would have had a little bit more knowledge as to what I was looking at when I looked at the car to purchase it. It's having some weird issues one of the sensors I believe has gone bad I think it was already in the process when we got it I lost all my power steering fluid which was already empty when I got at home I filled it thinking okay it's just running empty but I still had power steering that worked on the way home it went out about a week later and the tank was completely empty after me filling it the day home so I knew something was wrong turns out one of the lines is apparently exploded somewhere down there now I've got every single light on the dashboard on and it seems to be shifting a little awkward which now that I look it up online is apparently a problem with these cars it's a 2011 Jeep Patriot with the CVT transmission I guess I should have done more research on that too I probably wouldn't have bought it had I known the problems they are known to have. Needless to say a lot of this is my own fault but I also fought the dealership in part for having not looked it over closer part of me wonders if they did and they knew something was wrong when they sold it the other part of me says that they're a big dealership and I don't think they're that shady and it was most likely an accident and they had no idea who knows but either way my guy in service called me this afternoon and it shows me he'll do what he can to take care of me we'll see how that goes that's the nice thing with dealerships like this they tend to work with you and help if they can I will be posting updates as things progress. As for now thank you for trying to take care of us and our situation. 5/5 More

Unpleasant experience. We had purchased a used 2015 Dodge Grand caravan last year. We had also purchased a 3rd party warranty. We had an issue that turned out to be a lot worse than expected. (Engine replacement). For the most part was covered. Here is the timeline. March 22nd took the van for diagnosis. It took the warranty adjuster a week to show up for the inspection. After I was told the engine was covered and accepted for the warranty the dealership told me they were out shopping for a motor. I had found a suitable replacement for almost half the cost and was told that they (would not) use this motor. If they did it would be marked up to the same price because they are a business and need to make money. I wonder what the insurance company would think of that comment. So by the time they actually get the motor it has been approximately 2 weeks. Now if course I ask how long till the work is done? Answer is we should get around to it in a few days. I waited 1 full week (week # 3) and during the whole week had no interaction with the dealership. So I proceeded to call them but the gentleman I was dealing with apparently was busy and couldn't accept the call. "Would you like to leave a message"? Yes please. This was around 11 am . In the recorded message they say it is their company policy to return messages that business day. I did not here from them after waiting 2 days. I decided to go get something from my van that I needed and I had to ask... I see the van has not been started yet. You have had to van for 3 weeks now and had the motor for at the very least 1 full week. Well we are short a tech and our hands are tide. May get around to it next week. I scoffed. We can you try to keep me in the loop. Of course he said. Waited 3 more days and called them to ask if they had started yes. Could not actually talk to anyone. I left a message and proceeded to call the service manager. They had no answers. So I decided to try and rattle some cages by calling the GM and leaving a message calling the president and leaving a message of course as I already said it is their company policy toward return calls that business day a week later have not heard from either of them. I did finally receive my van yesterday and returned the loaner car that they were generously let me use for the 4 weeks and 4 days they had my vehicle. Worst part of the whole situation was they went to solid weeks without keeping me in the loop and letting me know how things were going pertaining the van. You would think that possibly after all the moaning and complaining I did because of the lack of customer service that possibly they would at least wash the van? Maybe even a small detail. Nope as a matter of fact they had left cover underneath the front dash unclipped laying on the floor which wasn't a big deal really compared to what I just been through. I promise you this I will never go back to Chippewa valley Mazda. Very unprofessional. One thing I didn't forget because of the extended stay for my van I had missed out on a family trip with our family out to Oregon which I had to cover $1,500 for accommodations that was not refundable and we were not allowed to take the loaner vehicle out of state. At this point I really don't have anything nice to say about my experience. More
