We have received great service from this company in the past. However, during this past visit we were concerned with the following issues that should be addressed for future excellent customer service: 1) past. However, during this past visit we were concerned with the following issues that should be addressed for future excellent customer service: 1) The paperwork indicated approval was given for the final estimate during a phone call, however, that phone call was a message and the message only indicated when the car could be picked up; 2) the final estimate was much greater than the original quote; and 3) the paperwork indicated a car wash was done, however, the car was still covered in bugs from a recent trip indicating the car wash didn't actually get done. We're sorry to end our business with you and hope you can make necessary changes to improve your customer service to excellent as it has been in the past.
