I'm not sure if I would recommend the service center. After getting my car back, the windshield on the inside still have a streak down the middle of the interior. incompetent dealership[ Not aware of the hyundai brand. Not even aware the correct oil to put on my vehicle. I had to tell them and then when I asked for them to call Ken Vance and see what oil they shoul Not even aware the correct oil to put on my vehicle. I had to tell them and then when I asked for them to call Ken Vance and see what oil they should be putting on my vehicle, it was like pulling teeth. Guess what, your parts department was corrected and told what oil was recommended 5W20 non-synthetic. They were going to put on a synthetic oil which in past oil changes at Ken Vance the agent has said-NEVER. Your dealership and Ken Vance need to communicate and have your computers connected for accurate information so you can provide excellent customer service. I checked my tire pressure prior to dropping my vehicle off with the dealership and all tires were at 34-35 psi, When I left your dealership they were placed by your mechanic at 32 psi. It is recommended cold pressure at 34 psi. My blue tooth was all screwed up after visiting you. I had been at your dealership prior for a tire repair of a nail puncture. Your service CS person couldn't find me in your computer??? I asked the service person to place plastic down on my seats. I was getting water from your water dispenser and noticed the mechanic backing my vehicle up with no plastic seat protectors-DO YOU LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMER AND THEIR REQUEST. My steering wheel was all grease along with the paperwork I received back from the mechanic. The price of the oil change was ridiculous. More
