I went with a private mechanic and saved two-thirds of what my bill would have been with them. I’ve never been charged for “diagnostics,” and was surprised when I went to pay for my oil change and what was considered a diagnostic, and the cost was just under $300. I have an extended warranty that has recently proven to be useless. When I call and need a loaner vehicle, they have recently been unable to provide that service. More

Very good but needs to check things. The malfunction light on my car was not fixed before bringing it to me . So they had to take it back to eau Claire , fix it then re bring it to me .
