Chippewa Valley Mazda is by far the BEST service department I’ve ever worked with! My used 2018 Mazda CX-5 is running better than when I bought it (unfortunately from the KIA dealership) last year department I’ve ever worked with! My used 2018 Mazda CX-5 is running better than when I bought it (unfortunately from the KIA dealership) last year at Christmas time. On July 28 my car broke down. I took it back to the place I bought it, and to make a super long story short, they had my vehicle from August until November, I drove it 4 days, it broke down again. They STILL HADN’T fix it! I was furious! Once I calmed down, I called the friendly people at Chippewa Valley Mazda! What a different experience! The diagnostic was finished in days not weeks and I received video footage of the inspection and diagnosis. Then the actual repair time was days at Chippewa Valley instead of MONTHS at the other place! From service on my vehicle now until I trade it for a different Mazda in the future… Chippewa Valley Mazda has ALL of my Vehicle business!
