Great salesman, but the vehicle not so much, got it had a shake to it they said they would take care of it well not even a year later still shaking, air conditioning does not work, bushings on sway bars are shake to it they said they would take care of it well not even a year later still shaking, air conditioning does not work, bushings on sway bars are crap should of been bought when bought it, passenger side vent won’t blow out heat and the check engine light turns on and off being assured not a problem well when on can’t use remote start, oh and last I don’t see oil leak in garage but it loses oil all the time went for oil change and it was xxxx near empty, was told to watch now a few months later it’s empty again so basically I think I was sold a rotten lemon so not happy at all always afraid I’m going to break down. I choose to drive an hour to CVM from my home instead, because I trust them to do what is needed, with respect, honesty and integrity. Heather always checks in with me as my vehicle is being diagnosed/worked on; and she does so with a smile and positive energy. The icing? The mechanic sends a VIDEO of my actual vehicle, complete with a narration of what was inspected and completed with my vehicle that day. FABULOUS! Keep doing what you are doing.
