Dishonest sales people, incompetent services techs. Bought a car from this place and was deceptively sold an environmental protection package I was led to believe was 129 dollars. Car was being "sold as is",upon a test drive I immediately noticed issues with the car that I paid to be fixed by the dealerships service techs. Dropped my car off on 8/14/2024 and picked it back up on 8/15/2024 from the dealership and still had all the same issues I dropped it off with. Struts needed to be replaced but they told me it was sway links. They get the car and determine sway links are good but that a bushing need to be replaced. They replaced the bushing and this did nothing to remedy the loud obnoxious squeaking noise the car makes when driving down the street. Car also needed a fan relay switch to be replaced on bank 1 to fix the issue of the radiator fan not working. This was also ignored. The fix was a simple as replacing the relay switch the cost about 15 dollars. So much for "customer satisfaction". Then I call to complain about these issues and I'm met with poor attitudes and unprofessional sales people who claim "we understand". Thank you Chippewa valley mazda for making my 16 year old daughter's first car buying experience a horrible one. She learned a lot. More

Issues not able to be fully diagnosed. I thought $180 was pretty steep for less than 1hr of work and referring me to a body shop for further diagnostic and potential repair.
