He took his time explaining things to a couple of senior citizens without being condescending. We purchased our Mazda from CVM almost 3 years ago and although we have moved some 2 hours away, we still make the drive for service etc. Trevor is always accommodating and a pleasure to work with. Caleb was a great help is a factory tire issue and Andrew has always been helpful with parts. Again, I could go to my local Mazda dealer as its only 10 miles away, but I choose not too as the customer service is just too good at CVM. More
