The worst customer service ever! Transmission problem with 2016 Jeep Cherokee limited, had car towed, Cannot get anyone to take my calls. Even have cell # to sales lady, no answer and Transmission problem with 2016 Jeep Cherokee limited, had car towed, Cannot get anyone to take my calls. Even have cell # to sales lady, no answer and will not return my call after assuring me she would. I have no transportation and was told by sales lady that I would be getting a rental to drive until Jeep fixed. The salesman that paid the difference of tow charges had a conversation with tow truck driver telling him not to (expletive) with that b@&@$h. Saleslady gave me her personal cell number and told me to call her, l took her for her word, well her word has no value. I told her about my health issues and my mother who is in a rehab facility that I need to be able to attend to so I need a ride, and she stressed the importance of how we should take care of our mothers, I would hate to be hers and I feel sorry for her kids.I have ask to speak with Doug concerning this matter numerous times, they put me on hold and leave me there. It is no wonder this world is like it is with people like these running businesses. These folks have lied to my face and now will not talk with me about the product that is defective that they sold me, finally they had their service manager call me to tell what was wrong with the transmission, but he could not tell me what caused it or if it will happen again. Parts on back order and do not know when they can get them and I am without a ride, and still no word on rental car. Do not do business with this place. They will treat you sweeter than sugar and suck you in and then treat you like sewage when there is problem. This Jeep Cherokee Limited was bought and fully paid for at this facility from these people. I do not recommend anyone to do business here. I swear these statements are true and accurate. And still no rental as of 10/24/2016 2 1/2 days without ride and no call explaining why, when told I would be called. More
Waste of time Spoke to a woman that sounded like it was her first day. She knew nothing about the vehicle I was interested in, nothing about the price. She told me Spoke to a woman that sounded like it was her first day. She knew nothing about the vehicle I was interested in, nothing about the price. She told me the window sticker was $86K, but she could do $78K. This was not true, I saw the sticker online and it says $71K, so they are charging $7K over the window sticker. I asked for a manager, and David picked up and he said she is just the receptionist. he was rude, cut me off and wouldn't let me speak. I will never do business with them More
Sh_tty customer appreciation I bought a 2003 Jeep Wrangler TJ and my Wife bought a brand new Dodge Dart GT at the same time. In less than 2 weeks I was in slow moving traffic and I bought a 2003 Jeep Wrangler TJ and my Wife bought a brand new Dodge Dart GT at the same time. In less than 2 weeks I was in slow moving traffic and noticed that my Jeep was pulling hard to the right when I was applying the brakes. I pulled into a parking lot and tried to pull the front driver tire up on a parking curd but curd kept sliding so I went to put it into 4WD, the handle would not go into 4WD in either drive, neutral or park. drove home and was able to get into 4WD with trans in neutral, but with gear grinding noise and still not able to get into 4WD lo at all. Called dealership and explained all of this to them. Now they knew that I am a disabled veteran and I did everything I could to come op with the deposits for my Wifes car and my Jeep and I was looking for a Vehicle that I would not have to perform any maintenance on because of my disabilities and they said I would be 100% responsible for all costs in diagnosing and repairing the transfer case. Now all the little used car dealerships give at least 2 weeks and up to 3 months/3,000 mi. on their used cars. I suggest not to buy a used car from this dealership, they will act like your closest friend until the sale is complete. If you buy from them, have your service done elsewhere. More
bad experience We signed a contract on a new 2014 dodge ram quad cab (Model Code: DS1L41 Stock #: 14T504 VIN: 1C6RR6FT2ES455324) on Monday Dec 22, 2014. We drove it We signed a contract on a new 2014 dodge ram quad cab (Model Code: DS1L41 Stock #: 14T504 VIN: 1C6RR6FT2ES455324) on Monday Dec 22, 2014. We drove it off the lot with 35 miles on it. We self-installed side steps and window vents on it. We received a call Sunday afternoon Dec 28, 2014 that they wanted the truck back because financing could not be obtained (even though we had obtained financing on 3 prior vehicles with them and are currant and never had been past due).....we had put over 500 miles on this new truck and installed items on this vehicle, smoked inside it and various other things and they wanted it back....it is still listed as a new vehicle at the full price on their web page, do not be fooled. Do not trust anyone at this place, even the management would not come out and speak to us after being asked to, they even removed the side steps and returned them to us instead of paying us for them!!! why would they tell us on Monday we were approved after 2 hr. of paperwork,,,,wait 6 days and have a salesman call on a Sunday afternoon telling us no it was not approved and please return it?? bad bad business, deceitful practices, poor customer relations--not the way to treat a disabled vet-no i would not recommend to anyone, and I do not understand how they can let someone drive off the lot if it is not a done deal?? I brought my car in for a free oil change, and wanted them to check my tires, as they are all continuously going low and the tire pressure monitoring system was going off. I was treated like a stupid female that didn't know anything. They said that they checked my tires and nothing was wrong... but said the pressure was low... and they added some air. I had just added air 4 days prior to my visit there, and told them that. They told me there was nothing wrong with my tires. My ex-husband called and was told that my tires were not covered under my warranty. FINE ... why didn't anyone tell me that??? So a week later I just left a tire shop. They looked at the tires, said I had a bad valve stem, and fixed it free of charge. I was told by the service department that they had checked my valve stems. I have purchased two vehicles from the dealership, and the sales department has always been very helpful. Highly disappointed in the service department .... I now wonder if they even change my oil. I went there and was sent to Parts and told same price then sent to Service Dept. They wrote my order and informed me it would be $95 to program the key, I explained the $45 quote. After a discussion he agreed to the $45. When I got my bill there was a misc. charge of $8.70 that I was told was "shop supplies and hazardous waste disposal". Now this $110 key was 118.70 plus tax. If I paid for the key and paid for programing it what other shop supplies are there and what hazardous waste did they dispose of. They would not remove this charge, actually said it was State law to charge it. This is why I gave the rating I did, the only thing they did good was make the key, it works. More
I drove and extra 25 miles out of my way to go a dodge dealer for oil change and tire rotation on my dually truck it's still under warranty and I wanted to get it done correctly.I made an appointment afte dealer for oil change and tire rotation on my dually truck it's still under warranty and I wanted to get it done correctly.I made an appointment after I had spoken to a dealer rep. at the Christmas parade in Williston he told me to come over to the dealership and you will be treated well ... coffee and a wash when were done too!... Ok so I made an appointment and drove the extra distance. I had an afternoon appointment and i brought my truck in for oil change and tire rotation (just front to back and back to front).. I was processed thru with female rep. ok! when the work was done i paid my bill and they had my truck ready..I jumped in truck and drove home. the next day i looked at my truck and noticed that the raised lettering on the tires were not visible but installed so the lettering was on the inside? So I called back to the dealer and the female receptionist/rep. answered and could not resolve or understand my issue so she passed me onto C.J. i explained to him what the issue was and this is where my displeasure with your dealership started , this guy was rude from the onset .He implide that I was wrong but that they would fix it. so an appt. was made and i went back in another 50 miles.. when i went in to the desk he(CJ) was there with 2 female reps and we discussed the issue he was the same way as when i spoke to him over the phone the day before raising his voice and being arrogant and rude.it almost seemed to be that he was showboating . His rudeness by the way was felt by 2 other people who were sitting in the waiting room.. I could go on .. but this is how I felt after leaving your dealership and the reason I rated my experiance with you as I did. More
