I brought my 2024 Dodge Hornet GT Plus for its second service. Service techs and adviser couldn’t figure out how to reset my computer. They obviously couldn’t figure out how to reset my computer when I c service. Service techs and adviser couldn’t figure out how to reset my computer. They obviously couldn’t figure out how to reset my computer when I came in on the last service for a battery issue. I took the car to another dodge dealership and they figured out that there’s a recall on the car. Why doesn’t the dealer I bought the car from have that information? Still left waiting for a fix. Frustrated Fix your own problems before you sell the cars. More

My wife brought in her Jeep for service; She thought the accelerator was sticking. The actual problem was that the floor mat had moved out of place and was pushing on the accelerator. It was a 10 second f accelerator was sticking. The actual problem was that the floor mat had moved out of place and was pushing on the accelerator. It was a 10 second fix of readjusting the floormat that required no tools and no diagnostics. She was charged $200. More
