I thought used car salesmen were the scam artists but chico Nisssan seems to be trying to prove that wrong. I went in to buy a car with a maximum monthly payment of 350$. They said they would be pulling some used cars for me to check out but ended up bringing only one used car, and then a new car next. They talked me into going up to380$ for my monthly payments, which I agreed was good for a brand new car. I checked online and my monthly payments are 450$ without notice. They also told me that my due date would be around the 28th of every month but it is set for the 12th. What really gets me is that I explained my financial situation, and was extremely hesitant to go up anymore than 350$ but I was assured I could just refinance in a year and drop the payments below 300 in a year. Which is ovbiously not possible with a 450 payment. I feel completley misled by the salesmen and reccomend going anywhere other than here, they will jack up the price without telling you More
Was searching all around Chico for a place to replace my battery and couldn’t find the specific part or mechanic to do it. I called Chico Nissan and Connor answered and I told him my issue and within a few battery and couldn’t find the specific part or mechanic to do it. Came down and Ben helped me out and got me in and out within 30 mins. They made me feel like my business was appreciated and confident my issue was fixed. More

I brought my Nissan in for a second time for an electrical issue that they were sure they had previously fixed. We were told that a week would be plenty of time to fix it but that turned into a mon electrical issue that they were sure they had previously fixed. We were told that a week would be plenty of time to fix it but that turned into a month. We were repeatedly told that it would be just a couple more days. We called every couple only days to be given the run around and eventually told just a couple more days. When we were told it would be ready by a certain day at the latest we went to the dealership after nobody had answered our call. We were told we would need a new battery; we would not have needed the battery if they had fixed the electrical problem the first time we were at the shop so I told them it was their fault the battery went bad. They agreed that the electrical problem they said they had fixed was what caused the battery failure but I still needed to pay for a new battery. A week went by and we were told the car was fixed and ready to go. We were told the car had also been washed. We move everything from the rental to our car to see that it is definitely not ready or washed. We get in the car and there is a piece of the car on the floorboard and there are multiple dash lights on that were not there before. They immediately get their computer to check the codes and cannot diagnose the issue. They now want to charge us for the rental car because our warranty will not pay for the absurd amount of time the dealership had our car. We overheard the service manager tell the advisor that it was not his problem that the warranty would not cover the rental and it was the customers responsibility. They eventually covered the rental and got the car fixed in a few days. I would trust Jiffy Lube more than these people. More
