Took our car in for a check up before we went on vacation, we have an 2012 captiva and was charged for $385. for some work they had done, which is what we wanted them to do. While on vacation we n vacation, we have an 2012 captiva and was charged for $385. for some work they had done, which is what we wanted them to do. While on vacation we noticed that it was not shifting right sometimes. When we returned took it back to have it checked out again and they told us the catalytic converter is clogged and charged us $161 just to do a diagnose and advise. We did not have them fix it but was charged $135 for hooking up to the computer and $135 for labor. The car was just in there a couple weeks earlier, to see there was any issues and now we are socked with more money these issues should have been noticed the first time? We will not go back! I understand that the clogged converter is not their fault but they could of given us a break on the diagnostic charge seeing how it was just in the shop. If this how customers are treated in Wooster Chevrolet we will not be dealing with them, there are other Chevrolet dealers around and when we are ready for a new Captiva here real soon, we will go where they value a customer. Very disappointed. More
If you are not local, do not call this dealership, do not waste your time driving to this dealership, and most certainly do not believe a word that they say. I had the same experience as so many other revie waste your time driving to this dealership, and most certainly do not believe a word that they say. I had the same experience as so many other reviewers here have had. I found the Camaro I had been looking for online and it was listed as in transit. I called the dealership and was told that a couple people had called about it, but that if I showed up in person and started the paperwork, it would be mine. So I packed up the kids and drove an hour and a half down there. I went through all the paperwork they could do without the car there. I even agreed to pay MSRP and take way less than I should have on my trade in. When I tried to pay a deposit to secure the car, they wouldn’t do it, but told me they were a “laid back” dealership, and that they would call me when it came in. So I waited for two weeks, excited about getting the car I’ve been wanting. That’s when I got a call from the manager, giving me the “bad news” that they had sold the car to an employee. Not even to another customer. To an employee. Zero honesty and zero integrity at this place. I never write reviews, but if I can save even one person from being conned by these people, it will be worth it. Whatever you do, find another dealership. More
Dishonest salesmen Kyle and Tyler. I spoke with the salesman Kyle over the phone and told him I had 16k for a vehicle that was on their website and not to waste my time or his if I came out to buy it. salesman Kyle over the phone and told him I had 16k for a vehicle that was on their website and not to waste my time or his if I came out to buy it. Kyle said I would not be wasting my time. I arrived and Kyle was not there, so I spoke with Tyler. I told him what Kyle and I had agreed upon and he wrote down 16k on a piece of paper. Tyler pulled up the Carfax and the vehicle on his computer as well as the notes that Kyle had put into the computer. Tyler even did a soft pull on my credit. We test drove the vehicle and pointed out a couple things wrong to Tyler that he said they would fix. Tyler said he would like to see me sign papers for the car before I left, and I agreed to that as well as leave a deposit on the vehicle. After that Tyler said he had forgotten to do one more thing and went to the see the sales manager. He returned and said we cannot sell the vehicle to you for 16k. So after driving there, test driving, talking with 2 salesmen, two verbal agreements with the salesmen, no sale. More

My only experience with them is that they wanted to charge full price on a vehicle that was rusted out and needed at least $3500 worth of repairs. Otherwise they were very amiable and pleasant to work charge full price on a vehicle that was rusted out and needed at least $3500 worth of repairs. I will be taking the car back. Some things are not worth it. Don’t waste your time to people who see you as a number. More
STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!! I wish I would have seen these reviews before I bought a plane ticket and flew to this extremely dishonest dealership. After a few days of discussion with a salesman over the these reviews before I bought a plane ticket and flew to this extremely dishonest dealership. After a few days of discussion with a salesman over the phone I agreed to the price of a truck as advertised and I made my travel arrangements. After arriving at the airport and taking a 1 hour ride to get there I was told that the price increased to $3,000 more than what was agreed to. I made the decision to cut my losses and fly home empty handed. I figured if this is what they do, God only knows how honest they are on the condition of the vehicles. I can only hope that this review will spare someone from the overwhelming feelings of dishonesty, disgust, anger, frustration, and resentment. The old "bait and switch" is alive and well here and it was extremely dishonest. I can't believe they are still in business. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE! More

We called first to set up a test drive appointment, (which I recommend if you dare to check this place out,) for a 2017 Chevy Traverse. They did have the vehicle available out front when we arrived, and that's about the most I can say positive about this place/our experience. When we looked at the car before driving it, we saw it had scratches on the front passenger's side, which was not shown on the website's details or pics. Also, that same part of the car with scuffs seemed loose like maybe it had been in a small fender bender, but Brian said no accidents were reported. Also, when I was attempting to put the back door down manually, Brian almost scolded me like a child that I was doing it wrong, but I just apologized and did as he instructed. Since we had drove all the way out there we decided to still test drive it. When we got going on the highway at a faster speed, and put the brakes on exiting to the ramp, it vibrated heavily. At that point, w/the vibrating, high miles and scratches, we knew it wasn't the right vehicle for us, even if listed below market value. When we returned to the dealership, Brian asked us what we thought about the vehicle. Trying to be nice and truthful we said, "It's okay, but we don't love it." Almost as if he was offended, he asked what we didn't like about the vehicle. We shared the above-mentioned feedback that we believed would be helpful to him/the dealership. We also told him that we liked our 2014 Traverse better, (has a moonroof, lower miles, neater interior color/design,) to which he pointed out the 2017 had cooling seats, and a heated steering wheel. I said I know the 2017 is premium, but we just aren't interested. He said, "It's Premier," in a condescending tone as if I was stupid. I sensed he had a strong disdain for women, or strong women that know what they want. I in no way was rude to him or returned his negative tone or communication. We were going to look at a few trucks at the dealership too, but with the way Brian was acting and talking to us, we did not want to patronage this dealership or give him a commission. We also had up to $30,000 cash to spend on a vehicle that day if we found something we wanted. Not trying to get anyone in trouble, (their own actions could possibly do that,) but I would think owners wouldn't want to turn away potential buyers with cash and excellent credit. On the way out he was laughing, making fun of us. This is not only unprofessional, but shows character lacking. Unfortunately, even if this is a good dealership for some, our experience was not good, and first impressions are very important. I wish we had read the reviews in more detail prior to driving an hour each way. Only 50 % recommend this place, it only has 3 out of 5 stars, and a lot of the negative reviews were really bad! This was our first time visiting this dealership, and it will be our family's last. If you do go here, we hope you get a better salesman than we did or that your experience was better than ours. More
Worked with Kyle Boley through text messages to make a deal on a 2500hd truck. After a 4 hour drive to this dealership to purchase, Kyle did not even show up. We thought we were purchasing a new truck wit deal on a 2500hd truck. After a 4 hour drive to this dealership to purchase, Kyle did not even show up. We thought we were purchasing a new truck with less than 100 miles. Found out it was a demo truck with over 2,000 miles and many scratches everywhere. Kyle did not tell us this. However he did tell us the amount we would get for our trade so as not to waste our time. Haha...he lied about that and I guess made up that amount up because the Sales Manager said he couldn’t agree to what I had in a text from Kyle. Would not recommend this salesman. More
