it’s unfortunate that I have to give one star. I couldn’t even be helped from my service advisor Martin. I guess I was an inconvenience as I came in on a tow truck as he was spinning around in his office chair on his lunch break. This is a joke. It’s filled with inconsistency, recklessness, unprofessionalism and flat out rude people, don’t risk your money your vehicle or your time at this Establishment. More

They Crashed my truck while in for auto checkup I came to get my truck for a 15k mile maintenance and an auto detail. During this service Work, they somehow crashed my car, destroyed the Quater Rea I came to get my truck for a 15k mile maintenance and an auto detail. During this service Work, they somehow crashed my car, destroyed the Quater Rear Panel and then when I picked it up they denied responsibility, I had to take them to court and they conviently did not have video footage of that day. The dealership owners, Mr Melvin Cooper, only called me back after several days of trying to reach him and threatening to take him to civil court, and told me that there was nothing he could do and nothing I could prove! Essentially they forced me to open an insurance claim to fix my car, we are still in the process of trying to recover our damages. The reason he never put his name on this store when he bought it is because he has such a horrible reputation. I wish I knew of his illeagal business practices beforehand. More
