To begin with, I want to say that I rarely complete these surveys but I could not let the exceptional customer service provided by Josh Kitchen to go To begin with, I want to say that I rarely complete these surveys but I could not let the exceptional customer service provided by Josh Kitchen to go unrecognized. From the moment I stood on the other side of the counter from Josh to begin our exchange,he impressed me with his "down to earth" professionalism. My vehicle was exhibiting disconcerting electrical issues and he was able to navigate through these issues and come up with the correct remedy. In the process, two recalls showed up as being applicable to my vehicle consequently allowing me to be given a loaner truck. With the help of the "loaner lady" we were able to keep me mobile without a hitch. A couple other issues were discovered while technicians inspected my vehicle resulting in an extended warranty to come into play. Josh was able to insure full value was received with this time sensitive paperwork. Following completion of the work on my vehicle, Josh even walked with me to my truck to do a visual inspection. I will say that my whole experience at Chevrolet South Anchorage was one of professionalism and customer satisfaction. A huge part of this experience was because of Josh. In the future, if service such as this is needed, I would not hesitate to contact Josh and set up an appointment. I would also recommend your business (and Josh!) to my friends. The differences of service within Lithia I bought a Chevy truck from Lithia Dodge. I bought the extended service plan. Thankfully I was told that I could go to any Lithia service department. I tried to return to Lithia dodge and met with nothing but frustration. The first service I was required to make an appointment. That went pretty well but the next service label said I wasn't due for service again until 76000 miles. My truck had 5000 miles??? I called to about 9000 miles suspecting an error and was told they no longer take appointments it would be a walk in 20 minute service "express service". I showed up at 12:30 and was told it would be an hour and half before it could even go in because the guy is at lunch. When he gets back the other guy goes on lunch??? Meanwhile there are about 4-5 other mechanics walking around. I'm on lunch... So can I make an appointment "no you can't". Thank you very much Lithia Dodge will Never, ever see me again! Went straight over to Cevy of South Anchorage, I was immediately greater, given a tour of the service department. John got me right in sent me a text as soon as it was ready and back to work in time. That Is Service! Thank you Chevy! And tell the Lithia dodge guys that when I buy my Challenger I will Not be buying from them! More
