It was with great pleasure . It all started when I had my 2011 Chevy truck in for services and was waiting for a ride home. I was there over a hour waiting as they was busy . Erich come over and ask me how long I had been waiting I told him over a hour. He said come with me. He drove me home. I was so impressed with him. Life time oil change member On Saturday Morning on 12,10,16 I had my truck oil change and as I came in,Must of drive in your oil lane the and the signs were a little confusing an On Saturday Morning on 12,10,16 I had my truck oil change and as I came in,Must of drive in your oil lane the and the signs were a little confusing and as I walk into your shop a loud mouth mechanic MIKE made sure I did not drive in the right way and I should read the signs next time I come in. This is what I really needed on my only day off with a cup of coffee in my hands. I really didn't think I should be treated in this manner from a mechanic who is changing my oil in my truck as the Manager Kenny did smooth things out. I felt so belittle as others service writers and managers were very quiet. I knew all eyes were on me as I walk into your waiting room. I felt so embarrassed and at the same time I felt so very uncomfortable being there. My only questions is, Where do find these people. I Will never forget when I bought my 2007 Chevy truck in December 2007 2 weeks before Christmas and your sales person Tony' treated me with all respect and stay over to sale me that truck and the manager at that time made sure everything went smoothly. What a great experience and felt like friends and family. More

My vehicle required a significant amount of repairs recently and he ensured I understood all necessary repairs that had to be accomplished by explaining the full details. I was very satisfied with the service and repairs. He has a very friendly disposition and always displays courteous and respectful gestures towards other customers and me. excellent customer service representative went to service department and talk to Shane Schenker about the service battery charges systems message/light appearing; this was 2:00 in the afternoo went to service department and talk to Shane Schenker about the service battery charges systems message/light appearing; this was 2:00 in the afternoon. I knew that it was to late in the day to see if the problem could be fix. Shane informed me of all possibility what the problem could be and advice me to leave the vehicle overnight. He inform me that he would have a more accurate diagnose the next day. I guess it was about 5;00 pm that day when i get a call on my cell phone, it was Shane, he inform that he manage to get a mechanic to look and diagnose to problem and have it fix early the next day. Mr. Shane to me went that extra mile to take care of his customer and provided a excellent customer service More
