I wasn’t sure if I would be ready to purchase when I walked in, but after talking with Jacob and Lalo, I decided to purchase my Equinox, and I absolutely love it. Jacob was able to help me get a price and payments that I was comfortable with and Lalo made sure I was comfortable with all the bells and whistles in the car. They were a phenomenal team. After I decided to purchase your team stayed for hours after closing to help me get my records and paperwork together. Jeremy in finance did a great job in making sure I understood all of my warrantee and maintenance options. I felt well informed and taken care of when I left. It was a phenomenal experience. Tahoe repair after being stolen - Shane Schenker was awesome My Tahoe was stolen and I selected South Anchorage Chevrolet to have the repairs from theft done. Worked with Shane Schenker in service. He made himse My Tahoe was stolen and I selected South Anchorage Chevrolet to have the repairs from theft done. Worked with Shane Schenker in service. He made himself available every time I dropped in to ask questions. My insurance adjuster and I were able to email with Shane to share details regarding the estimate of repair. Shane was very forthcoming, honest, and helpful. In the end Shane helped me to understand the entire process that eventually concluded with the Tahoe being totaled. I would definitely choose to use South Anchorage Chevrolet for my future auto needs. More

RUDE Service on What I paid for I have an Extended Service paid for that last 3 years or 36,000 miles and I am at 1 year 2 months and about 15,000 miles, not close to either one of t I have an Extended Service paid for that last 3 years or 36,000 miles and I am at 1 year 2 months and about 15,000 miles, not close to either one of those. I have a part on my truck that is suppose to be changed and reprogrammed with a computer and that is not able to be done where I live by anyone because don't have the tools and no shops here. Kenny had told me that he has a few guys coming from General Motors to fix this problem on my truck and that he was leaving and Scott will be handling it while he's gone. Scott dont take my calls and I was told by another person he has no clue to any of this and I got transferred to Shane who says no one comes out here to do that. I keep getting hung up on from the ladies that answer the phone. I was told my a former employee that finance is suppose to do this for me because I bought the Extended Service threw them. So why is it I am not getting help or the service I paid for? I dont get and call backs from the voicemails I leave and or the messages that are taken telling me they will deliver the message right away. Calvin in finance was of no help either and verrrryy rude. More
