Starting with Eddie, he was incredibly friendly and really helped ease my nerves about the whole process, since I was a first-time buyer. He made it clear early on that he was there to work with me so we could both leave the conversation happy and content with the deal we agreed on. Eddie left for a little bit so Kimmy could come over and talk about the various protective services that were available. I appreciate that she was not trying to pressure me into getting anything and instead was going over each option in detail, letting me know the practical usage of each one. Lastly, I talked with Premo to finalize the purchase. He made the procedure pretty straightforward, easy to understand, answered any questions I had, and did what he could to make it go as smooth as possible. Love My New Car...Sean McDermott is Top Notch! I came in for an oil change and wanted to look at a slightly bigger vehicle to compare to a vehicle we liked while renting on vacation. I was referre I came in for an oil change and wanted to look at a slightly bigger vehicle to compare to a vehicle we liked while renting on vacation. I was referred to Sean right away by one of the sales managers after an initial enquiry online. Sean spent the entire evening showing me two vehicles, going over all of the bells & whistles and ultimately matched what I wanted to a vehicle in their stock. After test driving the original vehicle I liked; I brought my husband back to drive both and ultimately we decided to stay with an American made vehicle & due to Sean's great service, that was the seal on the deal. Sean spent all afternoon showing my husband the vehicle and AGAIN going over all of the bells & whistles, in additional to working our deal through management and finance. Ultimately, we feel we got a pretty good deal, a nicer vehicle that's safer for my commute and has the options on it that are important to me. Please see Sean if you choose to shop at Naper Chevy. He goes above and beyond to make sure you buy what you want, vs. pushing a vehicle that you don't want. He then spends a ridiculous amount of time making sure you're comfortable with the vehicle and then does all of the leg-work to get the deal done.
