Inquired about a vehicle twice and got no response from them. Chase the General Sales Manager sent 2 generic emails asking if he could do anything to help about my inquiring about the vehicle. I never got them. Chase the General Sales Manager sent 2 generic emails asking if he could do anything to help about my inquiring about the vehicle. I never got a response from him either. If the General Manager doesn’t do anything to help that just shows how well this dealership takes care of their customers. More

I purchased my vehicle from this dealer without any issues. The Service department, however is the most inept and unqualified service department I have ever been to!! (Mind you, I have purchased and le issues. The Service department, however is the most inept and unqualified service department I have ever been to!! (Mind you, I have purchased and leased over 18 brand new vehicles in my life time so far) I have brought my vehicle here a few times in the last two years for oil change, service, alignment & other concerns, and EVERY SINGLE time my experience has been disappointing and upsetting due to their lack of professionalism with the customer and their complete and utter ineptitude!!! My latest experience: I had this dealer do an "alignment" on my truck; A couple weeks later I could hear and feel a cranking noise on every turn I made - After I brought the truck back to the dealer they said, that while they could hear the noise they did NOT KNOW where it came from and that I should take the truck some where else for another opinion... Well, so I did. I brought it to another mom & pop shop and within MINUTES! they addressed the issue at not charge (5 minutes it took) The root-cause of the problem: The dealer forgot to properly torque an alignment cam bolt after they did the alignment, and this is what was causing the issue!!! Not to mention after the alignment they pushed the wheels so far back that as soon as I drove out of the dealer, my fender flares were demolished due to the wheel rubbing on them (Yes, I had to buy new fender flares and do some trimming myself to avoid this issue) - You would think they would have said something regarding the new position of the wheels and the rubbing!, seeing that they drove the truck out of the service department into the parking lot to deliver the truck after service... More
I did not enjoy my visit. I drove an hour just to find out the vehicle I wanted was not there. I was very clear the day before in saying that a different vehicle would not do. The people at Chevy of Naperville were wonderful to work with in buying my brand new Corvette. There are lots of dealers out there playing games and changing deals at the last minute, but not this dealershi with in buying my brand new Corvette. There are lots of dealers out there playing games and changing deals at the last minute, but not this dealership. Jordan and Jim were great to deal with on the sales side and Pete was great to deal with on the service side. Excellent job. Highly recommended! More
