My husband Ron and I are car buffs. We currently own 8 vehicles. So needless to say, when I write this, I’m speaking from YEARS of experience! Chevrolet of Homewood was absolutely AM We currently own 8 vehicles. So needless to say, when I write this, I’m speaking from YEARS of experience! Chevrolet of Homewood was absolutely AMAZING ! From my first call to Tina at 8am (before actual business hours, thank you for answering!) to Francisco, our salesman who was so friendly and accommodating to the Manager Mike, helping with my husbands special requests in getting the car prepped and out the door, and even the porter who helped prep our car, so nice …..and our financial guy Kevin who is an absolute wiz at what he does ……I’d love to have that guy on my team if I had a sales business ! They were all honestly the kindest people we have EVER had the pleasure of dealing with at a dealership. I mean ever ! They were 1.5 hours away ….And I will make that drive again without hesitation ! So this is going to sound weird ….but even their customers who were waiting for service were so sweet. It’s a great area , and I was pleasantly surprised especially it being our first time out there, you never know with new places. We have Gjovick Chevrolet 3 mins from our house…..They are so rude and nasty in general and always trying to pull some xx with pricing. Chevrolet of Homewood did not phoney jack up prices, and we did purchase a specialty vehicle. I LOVE these people ….I’ll be back , without a doubt !!! Thank you all for such a pleasant experience! Bought my vehicle three months ago. Gave them all the information they needed prior to arriving. At the dealership over 3.5 hours. Told me I couldn’t use my friends and family discount Gave them all the information they needed prior to arriving. At the dealership over 3.5 hours. Told me I couldn’t use my friends and family discount because I wasn’t trading my vehicle in. After getting through that issue, they made me finance a certain amount. By the time financing was finished, it was closing time. I was only offered the option of showing me how to pair my phone with the vehicle. No other offer on how the other options worked on my car. A week after buying the car, I noticed the bars on the bottom of the seats were pitted and weren’t a solid black color. I sent a picture to my sales rep. Ended up talking to someone in service. He was going to look into it and get back with me. Never heard back from him. After trying several options to get this resolved, got back with my sales rep. After a couple of messages, he got back with me and told me to go to the nearest dealership. All I was asking for was a bottle of black touch-up paint and I would take care of it myself. Left him another message asking if they paint was put in the mail, and still no response. I asked to speak to the owner, but no one would connect me to him or offer his email. Lastly, my 90-day permit just expired. I was told I would be receiving something in the mail, but wasn’t clear what I’d be receiving. Left two different people two messages each. It took three days to hear back from one of them. More
