Nolan was a courteous salesman. On the other hand, had issues with his Manager. Condescending price issues, very rude and unprofessional. Issues I had with Nolan: 1)Was told by Nolan I would get a full tank of gas Didn't. 2) I could download the Mitsubishi app for remote starter. Called Mitsubishi customer service and was told my vehicle didn't qualify for this service and I would have to take to dealer for installation. 3) have to purchase another key fab. Only came with one. Extra costs; Conclusion: Salesperson should be more transparent to customers. Do your homework. Dont make things up to get a sale.
