Back in July 2020, I purchased a 2020 Malibu. The whole buying experience was good. I was able to get the car I wanted for the price that I wanted. The car had some scratches in the paint which we pointed out in the beginning and requested to have them fixed. We made sure to include it in the paperwork in the "We Owe" section so the dealer would honor it. I went back on two seperate occasions to have this fixed which they had their PDR team try to repair it which I knew from the beginning would not work. Once they realized that it needed to be painted they started giving me the run around and excuse after excuse. It has been months and this issue has still not been fixed and once I informed them that I would leave a negative review, file a complaint with BBB and Cheverolet all communications stopped and still radio silence. So if you do buy from here do not expect them to honor additonal agreements. More
What a horrible experience. I went to the dealership to work out a deal. I drove the truck that I liked. The dealership then appraised my vehicle. I sat down to negotiate a deal and they said they would not give me the appraisal. Needless to say I am a little baffled. I have been to other dealerships where they will appraise your vehicle and give you a time limit and mileage limit. I just went in looking for a fair and honest deal. I understand that everyone is in business to make a profit. They were dishonest and I would never recommend a friend or a family member to the dealership More
I do not like dealerships and I hate car buying. I have never had a good experience in a dealership, ever! So to type this review is an absolute breath of fresh air! Sincerely. I came to Chevrolet of Canton, which is 1 ½ hours from my home, with a preapproval letter from my bank and my eye on a specific used vehicle that was not a Chevrolet product. I had a same-day appointment scheduled and arrived early. I met with sales associate Avery, told him what I wanted, from out the door costs to my trade-in amount to monthly payments. He was very attentive to me and my expectations and did not try to sell me on anything other than what I came for. We explored some financing options after the test drive and they not only got me a better APR than I arrived with, but they gave me more for my trade-in than any of the previous 7 or 8 dealerships I had spoken to in the preceding days. Avery offered me water throughout my appointment, made sure I was comfortable, and even helped me move all of my personal belongings from my trade-in to my new vehicle. During the test drive, there was a minor maintenance problem and Avery was very quick and adamant about getting it diagnosed and possibly fixed. Harley, in the service department, cleared the dash light and ran some tests to see if they could find anything wrong. Nothing came from their efforts. They assured me that if the problem occurred after purchase, they would diagnose it again and cover any necessary repairs up to a certain dollar amount. By the time I got the vehicle home, the same issue was occurring. I contacted Avery, who gave me Harley's work number. Harley was extremely expedient and shortly after we decided on a day to drop off my vehicle, he got everything lined up with the service department of another dealership (because I did not buy a Chevrolet product) so that all I had to do was drop off my vehicle. I literally did not have to do any leg work! Both Harley and the outside dealership kept me informed of the maintenance process and when the cost of the repair turned out to be twice the dollar amount that was quoted to me in the “What We Owe” statement from Chevrolet of Canton, Harley had already taken care of it! I am very happy with my purchase and to have taken my business to Chevrolet of Canton. EVERYONE I interacted with there was friendly and professional. I am especially pleased to have been able to work with Avery and Harley. All in all, I spent about two hours in the dealership, maintenance issues included. The repair of the maintenance issue was about 2 ½ business days, which was actually quicker than I expected. The ONLY gripe I could possibly have for this entire experience would be a lack of a loaner vehicle, which made coordinating rides to and from work and to different appointments and obligations a little challenging for my husband and me. This was not unique to Chevrolet of Canton, however, as the outside dealership had the same problem. The quick turn-around at the outside service department helped mitigate the headache of having only one car and thanks to the weekend, it was a small headache. I highly recommend Chevrolet of Canton for your next vehicle purchase. I do not plan to buy another vehicle for a long while, but my expectations have been set extremely high with this experience. I had a great experience for my second purchase with salesman Carson Wood. The first was with a 2019 Chevy Blazer and now with a 2020 Chevrolet C8 Corvette. This last purchase was a stroke of fate, timing, and luck. With Carson looking after my interest, I had purchased a 2020 Corvette C8 which is the most sought after car in the world. Saturday Morning, without an appointment, Harley had me in and out in under an hour for a battery replacement. I was just over my warranty for replacement, but he was true to the quote he provided over the in and out in under an hour for a battery replacement. Pleasant staff, immaculately clean service drive, waiting room was clean and quiet, of course at 7:30am in a Saturday it would be! It was a great experience, and coming from the training side of the automotive industry it was an all around impressive experience. I’ll be returning for all my future service needs, especially with the dealer being just a few miles from home. More

This was after Lee walked out and never came back when asked about numbers and him getting extremely irritated. I am a woman and should never be spoken to in a supposed professional setting. I have never felt so uncomfortable in my life or had to deal with rude salesmen like I did last night at this site. Completely completely beside myself and blown away by the behavior I witnessed in! Will NEVER recommend or buy from this place! EVER! More
