I recently attempted to purchase a new 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 Custom Trail Boss from Canton Chevrolet, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing enough that I chose to take my business el Silverado 1500 Custom Trail Boss from Canton Chevrolet, and unfortunately the experience was disappointing enough that I chose to take my business elsewhere. I do not waste time driving to dealerships to negotiate deals. I handle everything remotely until it's time to sign paperwork and take delivery. On September 21, I inquired about a truck and began working with Shawn Watson. The negotiation process was slow, but after several days of back-and-forth discussions, we finally reached an agreement on numbers by Thursday. The process then moved into financing. On Friday, I was advised that financing had been secured and that I should come into the dealership. Before making the trip, I simply asked who the approval was through and what the financing terms were. After those details were provided, I had a few questions about the numbers on the buyer's order. That's when the experience took a turn for the worse. I received a text from Finance Director Lee Baggarly explaining the effort he had put into obtaining the best available rate. However, when I requested a phone call to discuss my questions regarding the financing terms, I was told: "At the end of the day, the numbers are the numbers, so it is on you to choose yes or no at this point." I was also informed that there were customers waiting for him in the office. As a customer who had spent nearly a week negotiating and completing the buying process remotely, that response made it very clear that because I wasn't physically standing in the showroom, I wasn't a priority. I had already experienced some attitude earlier in the sales process and chose to overlook it in hopes of completing the deal. Receiving the same type of response from the finance department was the final straw. I immediately informed the dealership that I was no longer interested and would be taking my business elsewhere due to the attitudes and lack of professionalism I had experienced. A phone call was later attempted, but by that point my decision had been made. The following day I received a message apologizing and stating, "I realize I should have used a little more tact." While I appreciate the acknowledgment, the damage had already been done. By then, I had already purchased a truck from another dealership. The unfortunate part is that Canton Chevrolet didn't lose the sale because of price, financing, or inventory. They lost it because of customer service. When a customer is ready to buy and simply wants clarification on financing terms before signing, they shouldn't be made to feel like an inconvenience. I cannot recommend Canton Chevrolet based on my experience. There are dealerships that understand every customer deserves respect and professional communication, whether they're sitting in the showroom or conducting business remotely. Purchased elsewhere. No regrets. More

Bought a 2023 used Tahoe from Russ Juliani. Said he would have it detailed, and to bring back on that Wednesday. My wife did and what would you know, they claimed they had already done it. I have taken my Tahoe back for the first service(oil change ,tire rotation) and the repair of my console due to a minor crack . The service team Sam Penny ( Service Advisor )Lee Baggarly, Jason Duncan (Service Manager) and I am unsure of the name of the technician who replaced my console but I could not be happier with the service I received. I have purchased and traded vehicles frequently over the years at various dealerships but I must say Chevrolet of Canton has by far been the best dealership to do business with. We also purchased my husband's truck at Chevrolet of Canton 5 years ago. We have been pleased with both purchases. This is the first time using the service team but I can tell you that the customer service was 5+ stars, Sam was quick to respond and answered all my questions, his costumer service was excellent! I have encountered poor service on a prior vehicle purchase at a dealership further south of Canton and was a little nervous about having my Tahoe serviced, Sam and his team were great and I will be taking my Tahoe back to them for the next service. Thank You!!!! More

Purchased a new 2023 Tahoe Premier 04/2023 from Chevrolet of Canton. Always take vehicle back to this dealership for service (oil change / tire rotation) due to proximity of my home. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STE of Canton. Always take vehicle back to this dealership for service (oil change / tire rotation) due to proximity of my home. NEVER AGAIN WILL I STEP FOOT IN THIS DEALERSHIP! Last oil change/tire rotation was 08/2025. I purchased new tires and could not find the wheel lock key in my vehicle 03/20/26. Vehicle taken to dealership to have wheel locks removed, but dealer didn't have appropriate "master" wheel lock key and shop foreman not available. I called the dealership on Monday morning and was told "...good news - we can break the lock off all wheels for $370, plus $12.50 for each new needed lug". $420 total! What? For the mistake that the dealership made during my last visit when they failed to place my wheel lock back in my vehicle after rotating my tires. This was the only course of action offered. I immediately called Carl Black in Kennesaw and was told that the issue and how it was handled by Chevy of Canton was ridiculous. They suggested I bring the vehicle to them and they would have a tech go through all their master locks to find the correct fit, An hour later I was at the dealership and speaking with the same person I spoke with on the phone. Fifteen minutes after that, the locks were removed from my vehicle and I was told 'no charge' for the service, time OR the four new lug nuts! They were happy to help me and hoped I'd use their dealership in the future for my Chevrolet/GMC needs. The service associate at CB was honest, did what he said and went above and beyond expectations. NOT THE SAME EXPERIENCE I HAD WITH CHEVEROL OF CANTON. Chevrolet of Canton should take notes. You lost a customer over a relatively small issue - which your dealership created. I hope this review makes it to the desk of the service manager and dealership GM. Good luck, Chevrolet of Canton, I think you need it. More

DO NOT COME HERE! The worst dealership! Bought 80K truck here & had nothing but problems with it. Check engine light kept coming on and they never fixed it (it was cat The worst dealership! Paid for unnecessary & costly “fixes” that never addressed issue. Tech said 2 new batteries needed to be replaced and were defective but they tested Ok & were not defective. Service manager agreed that that was wrong but did not offer an acceptable solution. I guess the money does better in the Dealership’s account? I cannot believe how bad this dealership sucks. Stay away, you were warned. More
