Shipping delays have been an issue for General Motors long before the strike and COVID-19. We have actively expressed our frustrations to our GM Rep., whom we have had to call on numerous occasions to get an update on a new vehicle only to learn that the vehicle has been bayed for a post-production inspection. These inspections are completely random, and unfortunately are out of our control. We completely sympathize with you and agree that GM should offer some type of incentive to customers for vehicles that are ordered sold and experience delivery delays.
