This dealer ran a credit check on a vehicle that was strongly not one of interest. Received the letter from Ally/ GM financial on the vehicle specifically said “NO” to. Despite the lack of interest, the dealer ran check anyway; which dropped the credit score. Spoke to the salesperson and financial adviser over this with no apology. They have no problem using and ruining your personal information for their gain. Will be doing more research, since there is a two year statute of limitations on FCRA violations. In the meantime, reaching out to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is on the list of to do’s. For trying to buy a first vehicle, this experience has been one of personal rights violations with no compassion, understanding, or genuine sincerity to apologize. An apology, when you are in the wrong, goes a long way. More

There's 1 thing I was misled about. I was told there was an owners manual in the glove box. What REALLY was there was the supplements to the owners manual. The full size manual cost $59 I was told there was an owners manual in the glove box. What REALLY was there was the supplements to the owners manual. The full size manual cost $59 from Helms Inc. Had an oil change, four tire rotation and a multi point vehicle inspection done with a coupon for $59.95. This price along with trouble shooting the display module ($158.96) was the reason why I brought my vehicle inspection done with a coupon for $59.95.
