I would recommend Millersburg Chevrolet to anybody. I live over an hour away and have had nothing but terrible experiences with Coughlin Chevrolet, from not fixing the issues I took my vehicle for (after live over an hour away and have had nothing but terrible experiences with Coughlin Chevrolet, from not fixing the issues I took my vehicle for (after they cancelled my scheduled appointments when I was already there to drop off my truck), to not being able to schedule my appointment for 3 or more weeks out. I called Millersburg Chevrolet and they told me to bring it in first thing their next business day and they would be able to look at it sometime that day. After all my other experiences I expected to hear back sometime late the next day, but they called me and told me in detail what was wrong before i even got back home. I expected them to have it for another 3 days to get the parts in, but they had everything it needed in stock and were able to have it all finished 5 hours after I dropped it off. I am extremely happy with them and the work they did. I will definitely be taking the extra time to drive there instead of using a totally incompetent dealership just because it’s close to me. More

I was traveling from Rochester New York to Berlin Ohio. Had Electrical problems while driving. Had told them I had service at Chevy dealer at home three to four weeks ago. Front rotors and break pads, airb Had Electrical problems while driving. Had told them I had service at Chevy dealer at home three to four weeks ago. Front rotors and break pads, airbag censor in front bumper, door lock motor on drivers side and recall on air bag. When got truck back the next day on expressway turn signal disengaged cruise control. Set up appointment with Hoselton but canceled when it stopped doing it. On trip when touching breaks airbag light went on, locks locked and unlocked, air went off, stabilizer check light went on. They checked for codes and there were non. I said without codes they would not be able to determine problem. They said not true. Next day after driving truck 25 miles and no codes could not fix. After spending $144 to find out what I already knew. I continued trip and having same problems. I will call Hoselton when I get home but will probably get same response and have to get rid of truck because without codes it can’t be fixed. More

When I pulled out of the GMC parking lot I noticed a clunking sound coming from my truck. I took the truck to GMC of Perrysburg and discovered that the bolts that attached the transmission to the motor clunking sound coming from my truck.
