That alone saved a fair bit of time as I didn’t have to explain everything twice. Gavin was awesome. He stayed in constant communication, gave us a great vehicle tour via FaceTime (he crawled under the truck and scooted on his back from one side to the other!) and was open, fair, and honest during negotiations. Even though he’s many states away from him, I’d buy from Gavin again in a heartbeat. More
