The service dept. trashed my 5th wheel hitch. It would have been very easy to just break it in half, the way it comes apart. They took everything apart. I am missing trashed my 5th wheel hitch. Generally a very good source for service. I had two occasions in which my Yukon would not start. The first time they diagnosed it with a faulty battery and cheerfully replaced it. Three weeks I had two occasions in which my Yukon would not start. The first time they diagnosed it with a faulty battery and cheerfully replaced it. Three weeks later the problem recurred and after three days in the shop they found nothing wrong and wanted to charge me $100 for diagnostics of the continuing problem. They did waive the charge and in am holding my breath that it doesn’t go dead again. Note: I found an article on line about the problem. It mentions not leaving the FOB in the car, which I don’t do.. I had been placing the keys in a basket in the house about 15’ from the garage for the past 1.1/2 years. I now store the keys more then 50’ from the vehicle. Time will tell if this helps. More

Tylor was very personable and truly cared for the customer. Brett Porter on the other hand was horrible to work with. I came in to the dealership in the morning straight from getting off working a 24 hour shift. When working on the offer to purchase the truck, I didn’t even budge on the list price but asked for a fair price for my trade in ( which was only 300 dollars more than Kelley blue book valued my truck). Tylor brought back the offer for my vehicle and I was almost disgusted. $3500 less than what I was looking for. Long story short I ended up walking out of the dealership. I then called another dealership and they without hesitation gave me exactly what I wanted for my trade in. After then coming back to Chevy of millersburg, we made a deal on the truck. When I sat down with Brett for financing, I was screamed at for not wanting to”his warranty” and yelled at for not wanting a warranty on my used truck. I politely explained I was not interested and had to sit there listening to Brett continue to scream at me for not purchasing the warranty. This dealership was the worst dealership to work with and I will never go back or recommend this dealership to anyone. More
