No loyalty, No honor and totally misleading Horrible shopping experience. Sales rep offered services the dealer couldn't or wouldn't honor. Everything was possible until sale was complete, then when contacted about the offered services, they said no. Complained to managers, nothing happened. I picked up my truck and not single manager approached me, as if they were hiding from me. They didn't even give me my temporary plate for my truck. They are misleading and do not honor their word. Then asked for a good rating. Unbelievable! This is the treatment I received after purchasing 3 vehicles from their chain. No loyalty. More

Quick and friendly My wife and I made a call to ask about a vehicle we'd seen online. In less than five minutes we'd agreed to meet at the dealership and once we'd arrived he'd already had the car up front and ready for a test drive. He answered our questions expertly and gave us even more info about the vehicle. Jim's a very personable and likeable guy, never pressured us once to do anything we weren't comfortable doing. We ended up driving the car home that day! I like to build a good relationship with people I deal with and with Jim, I can see myself referring all my friends and family to him for their next vehicle purchase. Thanks for all your help Jim!
