"Way to save the day Chuck" I'll be as brief as I can but the dealer can contact me for more information if they choose (Chuck has my #). I initially purchased a '16 Colorado fr I'll be as brief as I can but the dealer can contact me for more information if they choose (Chuck has my #). I initially purchased a '16 Colorado from this dealer but they had to get it delivered from Everett. Was a great $ with 0% for 60 months on last year model. Long story short that vehicle was sold 'after' I completed all the paperwork. Chuck Taylor from Puyallup contacted me, apologized profusely and offered to work with me on a '17 Colorado they had on the lot - same everything but more options. After several back and forth haggles we had a deal that I felt was extremely competitive and understanding of the previous hang-up. I came in and purchased the '17. Upon swapping out the gold bowtie for a black one there was some damage caused by the removal. Chuck immediately showed me the damage and said he would 'make it right' and do everything possible to ensure it was back to new. Re-painting was attempted and he offered to send it to his body shop, strip the paint and start over to ensure it looked brand new. I wasn't keen on this idea and we discussed swapping out for another tailgate from like vehicle. He located one, had it delivered day of and I drove my vehicle back home day after with a fresh detail. He was EXTREMELY responsive to my many texts and phone calls and ensured I was completely satisfied. I am happy to report that Chuck has raised the bar with some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I also appreciate the attention to detail that he has and the understanding that I was the customer. Thanks Chuck! More
