We didn't buy a car but he continued to check in with me and let me know he remembered my criteria and he was still looking. The fourth time I came in, he patiently let us drive a Honda Pilot for the third time. We bought it and love it. Although we found other pilots that met our needs we bought one here because they were more interested it seemed that we were happy with the vehicle than that they were selling one. Completely Satisfactory In Every Way When I contacted the dealership I was very specific about what we needed for the car (had to be able to accommodate a power chair lift) and also about When I contacted the dealership I was very specific about what we needed for the car (had to be able to accommodate a power chair lift) and also about where I wanted my payments to be. Jamie was unfailingly polite, attentive and helpful during this process, even though I had many questions and problems. Being in a power chair and with my husband recovering from a recent stroke, we needed to do most of our shopping from home, as well as the credit process, etc. Jamie worked with me for several days during the course of which the service manager also called me to ascertain the requirements for my power chair lift, as well as making a call himself to the manufacturer of my lift to assure that everything was done correctly. They then arranged for the installation of the hitch on my new Equinox. Everything possible was done to help us throughout this whole process, even up to turning in my rental car to the rental company. We are VERY happy with the service and consideration we received. Oh, by the way, we LOVE the Equinox. More

Bad service and over priced I will never have my vehicle ever serviced hear again . Charge to change transmission fluid that I was told by the service manager said the factory pu I will never have my vehicle ever serviced hear again . Charge to change transmission fluid that I was told by the service manager said the factory put the wrong type of transmission fluid in them for an 8 speed transmission. And they did that to GMC and Cadillac . That should have been done by GM for free for their mistake More
