Mr,/Mrs. Customer, A vehicle is like humans in that if you go to the doctors one day your healthy, the next day you wake up and you are sick. the doctor could not have known the day before as no symptoms showed up. When a vehicle is inspected if it is not leaking fluid externally, smoking, making noise, the fluids are in the vehicle, and no Check Engine lights, there is no way to know what is going on internally in a motor. As long as the vehicle has under 100000 miles and under 10 years old we will put a LIFETIME Powertrain warranty that covers what we can not see in order to provide piece of mind to cover unforeseeable problems that may arise. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

The following is what I read about your vehicle check engine light and I quote "The funny thing was, after the first two weeks my check engine light came on". This was just copied out of your original complaint. Again we are truly sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you.

I am simply stating that I said the light was on. Because in your response you said, "and no Check Engine lights, there is no way to know what is going on internally in a motor." Since the check engine light was actually on, you should have known something was wrong with the motor. These are your own words. So there is no excuse besides total incompetence. This why I am frustrated and very pissed about having to spend 2k. You should have seen something wrong because the car obviously wasn't running correctly with the light on. But you told me everything was fine and I mistakenly trusted GMC Cadilac of Murfreesboro.

Mr./Mrs. Customer, I apologize for the inconvenience. If we had known there was an issue WE WOULD NEVER HAVE SOLD THE CAR. It doesn't make good sense and it is not in our business model to sell something we know is broken, then have to fix it after we sell it to you to ONLY inconvenience you. Makes sense right? All I am trying to say is telling the world that we sell broken cars to only have you bring then back so we can fix them, on our dime, doesn't make good business sense. I promise if we had known we wouldn't have sold the vehicle to save yourself and us the aggravation. WE STAND BEHIND ALL OF OUR PRODUCTS AND ALWAYS DO WHATS BEST FOR THE CUSTOMERS WITHIN REASON. Again I apologize for the inconvenience.
