Now, I will begin by stating I purchased a 2024 Chey Malibu from this dealership in February. Immediately after purchase I started getting emails asking me to review and rate the dealership knowing that I would be happy because I purchased a new car. However I do not rate a business until I form some kind of relationship with it. My 1st experience was an oil change and it went decent. Then on 7/12 I called the service department to let them know my reverse camara for my 2024 chevy malibu is not working properly. They scheduled me an appointment for 7/19. On 7/18 at around 10 a.m. I called to see how long I should expect to have my car looked at. I was told I will have to drop it off. I explained to them I am not a resident of Murfreesboro so this is the reason I am inquiring about the length of time. Then I was told they will speak with my service representative to get an answer to my question and they will call me back. At about 5 p.m. I missed the call back with no voice mail. I immediately returned the call. The phone said she had no idea who called me. Then transferred me to a number to which I was left on hold for over 30 minutes. I hung up and called back and it seemed to me the phone representative got annoyed with me by her tone on the phone and progressed to everyone else I spoke with. After this I got someone on the service rep on the phone who told me I will have to drop my car off on Friday 7/19 but they will not be able to service my car until Monday. Also I was told they will not be able to accommodate me with a loaner car. Leaving me extremely disappointed and sorry I used this dealership to purchase a new vehicle. Finally I am considering to using another dealership for service. More

We bought our first car for my daughter at this dealership my first visit dealt with the salesman. They called Bowie. Shopping for a new SUV and salesman came out asking what we were looking for and I told him which ones we were interested in! He was so nice to start! He asked if I was buying today and I said I was shopping today and he stated since I was not buying today he was NOT opening any vehicle for me and my husband to look at! My husband stated we were finished shopping here and they definitely lost a sale from us! He wanted a sale today but we were shopping, not buying today! READ THIS BEFORE BUYING A Chevy CPO WITH LIFETIME WARRANTY FROM THIS DEALER! If I could give negative stars, then I would happily do so. This dealer has been a nightmare to work with every step of WARRANTY FROM THIS DEALER! If I could give negative stars, then I would happily do so. This dealer has been a nightmare to work with every step of the way no matter what repair is needed. The tout a "lifetime warranty on the drivetrain and powertrain" on all of their Chevy, but as soon as you bring it in for anything related to that warranty they make it as difficult as possible to make the repair. My truck has currently been sitting at the dealer for over 3 weeks (no loaner vehicle provided) and they have told me that it will still be there for more than a week longer. When you bring your car in for warranty covered repairs, they put you to the back of the line behind everyone else and are extremely lackadaisical with actually completing the repair. This is also the 2nd time that this has happened. My truck has been stuck at this dealer for 3+ weeks a time before as well. You have to blow up their phones just to get someone to answer your call and then once you do speak with someone, they won't even answer your question directly. They repeatedly will just deflect and not directly answer the question. This dealer will lie to you every step of the way and never tell you the truth. If management wants to discuss this with me, I will happily speak with them over the phone about it. More
