Worst service I have ever seen from a dealership. Car has been there 4 times. Every time they say they fix it, but it never is fixed. We have paid out $1200 and still have the same issue. We took it in for a been there 4 times. Every time they say they fix it, but it never is fixed. We have paid out $1200 and still have the same issue. We took it in for a coolant leak. I explained that it looked like coolant was getting into the oil. Every time they give the car to back they say there is not coolant getting into the oil. The last time they assured me that it was taken care of, but after my daughter drove it a couple weeks the coolant was low again. Now the car is at the dealer again and they finally tell me coolant is getting in the oil. Now they say the engine needs to be replaced, but it only has 62,000 miles on it. The communication is horrible. They want to use text. If you call they never answer the phone. You leave a message and hardly ever get a call back. I have asked by phone and text to talk to the general manager, Bo Trivett, three times and they take a message, but he never calls me back. We bought this car for my 16 year old daughter and she is so frustrated because she has drove the car less time than it’s been at the dealership for repairs. I took it to the dealer because they are supposed to be the experts, but they just want to keep changing out parts and making us pay until they figure it out. My daughter don’t have the money. To some people $1200 might not be much, but for us it’s a lot. For all of our trouble and the low mileage on the car they should take care of the engine at this point and try to gain back a 16 year old customer and her family that right now will never buy a GM vehicle again. More

Salesmen in showroom never spoke or acted interested. Had to go to one to get his attention, then he reluctantly looked in computer. Told us he had nothing in our price range,making no attempt @ negotiation! to go to one to get his attention, then he reluctantly looked in computer.
