We apologize if your experience was less than stellar. We strive to provide excellent customer service and it appears we fell short in this case. Our technicians are some of the most highly trained in the industry but there are those rare occasions when a problem or issue is difficult to diagnose or may be the result of several different factors. Drivetrain issues are the most common and most expensive to fix which is one of the reasons we provide a Lifetime Warranty on the drivetrain of most pre-owned vehicles we sell. Unfortunately because the vehicle was purchased elsewhere we weren't able to cover the repairs under warranty. Please contact our Service Manager, Ron VandeKraats, to discuss any future concerns or issues
