This could be a commercial! Three years ago I was taken advantage of by a criminal dealership in Lebanon TN ( Wilson County Motors). I appealed to Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac o Three years ago I was taken advantage of by a criminal dealership in Lebanon TN ( Wilson County Motors). I appealed to Chevrolet Buick GMC Cadillac of Murfreesboro to aid in my dilemma. They immediately diagnosed the systemic / recall issue with the truck sold to me by Mitchell Bone and his criminal organization at Wilson County Motors. Ed Burris and Richard Powers assumed responsibility to try and make things right given the circumstances. The great folks at CBGCM quickly provided options for me to move forward with a new vehicle and a life time warranty. I now have 80,000 miles on my Silverado and could not be happier. The truck has been everything they said and more. The water pump went out on the truck at 78,000 miles on a Sunday night it was back on the road Monday afternoon NO CHARGE! Thats Backing Up What You Say! Enough Said. More

Quoted me a price of 800 to repair a headlight and said he ordered the part on my 3/27 visit. 4/20 I arrive around 10:15 to have the repair done. After sitting about 20 minutes I inquire again about the pr he ordered the part on my 3/27 visit. 4/20 I arrive around 10:15 to have the repair done. After sitting about 20 minutes I inquire again about the price. The part person got up and went to get a service advisor (Anna) who comes over and says 1600 for the repair. I inquire why and advise her that it is only 1 headlight on the drivers side. She said "oh then it will be 800 and you have to pay upfront." About 1.5 hours into my visit she comes over and said the cost is now 1400 and that the part was not ordered on 3/27 by Mark as it should have been. I showed her the email of the appointment that was scheduled to have the work done from my visit on 3/27. She went back and talked to Mark about what I said transpired, who by the way NEVER showed his face to come and talk to me about the situation he created,even after I asked to get him. She came back and implied that Mark didn't order the part (which was evident) and I was not given a price of 800, which she herself had given me too. In the midst of it, I still sat for an additional 30 minutes for an oil change. Mark NEVER came out to great me, appologize for not ordering the part, wasting my time or anything. A smile and kind words that are untrue are not impressive...honesty and integrity are. More
