I have mixed feelings towards the service department of this dealership. On one hand, the prices of oil changes are very good and they also resolved an issue on my car that was caused by the service depart this dealership. On one hand, the prices of oil changes are very good and they also resolved an issue on my car that was caused by the service department of another dealership. Additionally, on my previous oil change, my car was in the bay next to a window where I could see them perform the oil change and I liked that they check the oil level on the dipstick before and after adding the last quart (apparently not every dealer does this). On the other hand, communication with this dealership can be subpar. On my previous oil change, I saw them pull my car out of the service area and into the customer area. After 30 minutes of waiting, no one came to get me to pay so that I could leave. When I asked a service rep, apparently no one had been assigned my car and so I had to wait for them to finish the paperwork for it. Lastly, I’ve been trying to contact this dealership about resolving an issue with the cooling system in my car. On the first call, I was told my information would be given to a service advisor and they would call me. After a business day, I called again and I was transferred directly to a service advisor and had to leave a voicemail. I still have not been called back. It is things like this that make me lose patience with a dealership. More
Worst service department ever. Dropped my car off for ac fish. Was told 24/48 hours to diagnose. That was over 72 hrs ago. Cancelled work order this morning and taking my business elsewhere. I DO NOT recommend GMC of Murfreesboro to my worst enemy. More
It was good service. Left my car for a 7 o'clock appointment oil change tire rotation. Had to call my service advisor to check the status. Not ready for pick-up until 4.
