He first contacted Jimmy Bailey, the internet manager, who then transferred him to sales consultant, John Vena. The entire process from beginning to end was quick and easy. We agreed upon the price and terms via email and when we got to the dealership, everything was as stated. No surprises!! We arrived around 10 am, drove the car, John gave us instructions on how everything worked, helped us customize the settings and by noon, we were on our way home with our new car. In all my years, I have never had a car buying experience that painless. Special thanks to John Vena for being so professional, knowledgeable?, answering all of our questions and for making everything run smoothly. More

No matter how many times we came back and asked again to look over at he same cars he was ready to answer questions, provide the keys and get us ready for a test drive. Although we are biased towards the brand since we already own a Volvo and love it, we would always buy what we want/need and like at the time, we have had VW, Ford, Nissan, Chevy, Toyota, Fiat & Alfa Romeo, and at some point abroad a Peugeot, so we don't shop by brand but I have to say that Gary made our decision easier. Can't rate 5 stars on price cause a customer can't never get enough discounts :) but I did get a nice one though. More

The reason I keep my Volvo is becasue of THIS service dept I have a 2006 C70 with 125000 miles on it and I have been tempted to get a new car. Problem is no new Volvo convertibles. I love the service department, which is ran by Amy Clark, so much that I refuse to buy another brand of car. The service advisers there have always been very professional and so helpful in getting my car repaired or serviced in a very timely manner. I put my trust in them 100%. I have never been overcharged for any of the work I have had performed on my vehicle and I will continue to use Volvo of Charlotte as my only Volvo service center. I don't think that you'll find anyplace better. More

Gary has always made the buying experience professional, informative, very competitive, and always efficient. Even when scheduling necessitated meeting by special appointment on a Sunday afternoon, we were able to trade two SAAB’s, end one Volvo lease term and begin another in just over an hour.
