Most pleasant car buying experience EVER! Thanks Ash!! Ash worked diligently through 4 visits, to help us examine, test drive and finally acquire our new 2017 Legacy. Ash met us a day after my 2010 Outback was totalled. Our son walked away, shaken, but completely uninjured. THANK YOU SUBARU! Ash helped us work through the decisions about new or used? And once we decided on a new vehicle, he arranged for us to test-drive the Impreza, Crosstrek and Legacy in a short period of time. Knowing that we were pressed for time, he asked Nick to assist us, while Ash completed a sale for another customer. In a competitive situation like this, it spoke Volumes to us that Ash's interest in us was not just a sale, but that OUR convenience and satisfaction was of greater importance. As I really had a difficult time trying to decide on the vehicle, once I did, Ash worked hard to acquire a Legacy with all the options and a color that I love! Leasing 2016 Outback we decided to ride from Hampden to Augusta on a recommendation from a co-worker. I called the dealership the day before making the trip.
