Disappointed I bought a car from them and decided it was not the right car for me, the dealer knew I wanted to trade it in and they told me I was in huge negative I bought a car from them and decided it was not the right car for me, the dealer knew I wanted to trade it in and they told me I was in huge negative equity. Went and traded it in elsewhere and found a SUV the next trim level up and a much better price. Disappointed in this transaction as I have had success in the past with Charlie's. The salesperson was excellent but when I decided the car was not right for myself they wanted nothing to do or any attempt to try and make the situation right. My family has purchased over 20 cars from them and I just felt there was no loyalty to the customer anymore which is sad. More
